We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support both graduate and lateral (industry) hiring across our APAC offices - Hong Kong, Sydney, Melbourne, Tokyo, Shanghai and Singapore. You will play a fundamental role in the identification, assessment and hiring of prospective FactSetters and have the ability to build strong relationships both with hiring managers and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate can frame strong relationships with leading colleges/universities around the world. In addition, they promote the best experience to all candidates by promoting FactSet's values, culture and mission. As a talent acquisition specialist, you'll use your skills to capture top talent while helping people achieve their career aspirations.
What you'll do:
Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including interviewing candidates, preparing managers for interviews, interview coordination, offer negotiation and candidate close-out
Engage with current job boards, social networks, partners, referrals, networking, and other channels to market open positions and source qualified candidates
Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to assess position requirements and come up with recruiting strategies to engage and interview top talent in the competitive market
Ensure efficient recruitment processes and continuously optimize the candidate experience
Develop relationships with targeted universities; Organize and host events or attend university sponsored programs that market FactSet and provide access to top early career talent
Desired Skills & Experience:
4+ years of end-to-end recruiting experience including campus/graduate recruitment
Demonstrated success sourcing, screening and closing talent in a high-growth environment
Possess the ability to multitask, prioritize and complete a high volume of tasks and projects in a distributed environment
Solid business acumen - strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
