The TA Solutions Lead will drive groundbreaking capabilities which will help our team be the best, so we can recruit for the best. In this role, you will partner with TA Leadership, business leaders, Human Resources leadership, and recruiting professionals around the globe to drive a portfolio of TA Solutions development & insights products and services globally. Reporting directly to the Manager, Global Talent Solutions, the TA Solutions Lead will: Drive a highly efficient team of respected Talent Solutions professionals who will use multiple capabilities including technology, data, research and analytical insights to influence and drive J&J enterprise talent strategies and recruiting attraction efforts for key talent segments globally Drive team in proactive strategies for talent engagement (i.e. social media, brand creation and content management, TRM strategy) to deliver best-in-class talent Leverage enterprise engagement strategies and own the development of innovative digital outreach campaigns for both short & long-term talent needs Contribute to the ideation, design, development and execution of insights (analytics) products/services to enhance J&J's capability in making strategic talent decisions in a highly competitive recruitment environment Contribute directly to team success in using multiple capabilities including innovative technology, data, research and analytical insights to drive J&Js talent attraction strategy and directly build talent pipelines through J&J's TRM system People: recruit, assess, coach and develop a high-performing team Track Key Performance Indicators and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to drive overall team and individual performance Partner with TA leadership to incorporate and champion 'agile methodology' in team setting to improve outcomes and create an all-star team culture Perform as a player/coach to maintain and deliver on a limited bench of traditional work Qualifications A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required. A minimum of 6 years of talent acquisition, research, or other relevant experience in a highly collaborative environment required. Previous people leadership and/or mentoring experience is an asset. Experience working with TA analytics and data visualization tools to drive actionable business insights preferred. Experience with Taleo ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, CRM/TRM, Tableau and other sourcing-related tools/technologies is preferred. Experience working in a global environment is preferred. Knowledge of social media, digital marketing & employment branding preferred. The ability to speak, read and write fluently in English is required.
