We have an exceptional opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) in our Philippine branch. This role will be responsible for driving recruitment methodologies, processes, and delivery across an assigned business unit/s. Also, the TAP will collaborate with hiring managers on establishing a sourcing strategy to attract, assess and deliver the best talents to the company. The TAP will be responsible for building a proactive talent pipeline as well as continued development and promotion of the LSEG employment brand; and will partner with HR colleagues on specific internal and external initiatives and projects.
Essential Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruiting for the assigned business unit/s, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and cost efficiency at any point in the process
Partner with hiring managers and develop a sourcing strategy for each role and regular communication and updates to hiring managers
Develop and handle a talent pipeline for the assigned business units that is in line with the current and future requirements of the business
Create and implement innovative and creative solutions to sourcing and candidate management - including developing direct sourcing channels, market mapping, employee referrals, advertising
Ensure regular reporting of relevant recruiting metrics to assess efficiency of recruiting programs and talent hired in the assigned business units
Ensure data integrity within the assigned business units, having 100% of all applications recorded on Workday and accurate reporting and metrics
Deliver Competency based training to all people managers in the assigned business and ensure a robust hiring process that includes 100% of offered candidates have a competency-based interview
Interview all candidates before they are hired and conduct relevant assessments i.e. Predictive Index, SBI, Technology Coding
Ensure a high quality and consistent approach to job descriptions and job adverts, including providing training and mentorship to hiring managers
Ensure all hired candidates have Background and Reference Checks conducted
Partner with all divisions of LSEG to leverage relationships across the company
Be the LSEG Employee of Choice champion - develop and handle our employment branding and marketing and ensuring consistency
Handle project and initiatives as the practice lead of a specific recruiting process
Experience and Qualifications Required
Significant experience as a recruiting specialist
Demonstrable track record of hiring directly
In depth understanding of hiring in the Philippines
Ability to build positive relationships with internal and external networks, based on mutual trust, courageous and informative advice, and consistent delivery
Strong business acumen with a commercial/pragmatic approach
Understanding and experience of cultural differences and their impact on business and interpersonal dynamics
Effective oral and written communication skills when looking after management and employees at various organization levels, including senior management
Strong influencing and negotiating skills
Ability to collaborate and work across a large, diverse, and matrixed organization
Ability to take care of ambiguous and fluid situations
Strong relationship and communication skills
Innovative and creative thinking
Ability to build strong credibility with business leaders across the company
Effective advising skills in working with managers in setting recruiting expectations, developing an effective sourcing strategy and evaluating candidates
Ability to use technology optimally and efficiently to handle workload
