Your Role
Conduct full-cycle recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, selection, and job offer)
Coordinate hiring activities, using sales and marketing techniques to find talent
Coordinates with the hiring manager to further calibrate and provide the right talent
Prepare and post job ads online•Help with resume screening and initial phone screens
Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates
Assist interviewees •Maintain candidate database•Handle records and paperwork
Resolve issues as fast as possible (e.g. interview cancellations)
Qualifications
At least one year of experience in recruitment in the BPO industry
Bachelor's degree preferred
Recruiting and interviewing skills
Phone, Skype, and online meeting platform skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to give and take direction
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Knowledge of MS Office systems
Knowledge of Google Docs, Forms, and Sheets (optional)
Willing to work in a rotational shift environment
Willing to work on Night Shift/CST
