Job Description:
At least 3 years of proven work experience as an IT Recruiter
Demonstrable experience managing full-cycle recruiting and employer branding initiatives
Solid understanding of sourcing techniques and tools (e.g. social networks) to build a robust candidate pipeline
Pre-screen candidates by reviewing resumes with job description and performing phone screenings
Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiation employment terms
Experience with HRIS, ATS, Sourcing and Recruitment Marketing tools
Good team-management abilities & time-management skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to foster long-term relationships (with internal teams, external partners and candidates)
Familiarity with a variety of different selection methods (interviews, assignments, psychological test etc.)
Hands on experience with posting jobs on social media and job boards
A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities :
Responsible for full life cycle of recruitment, understands the business unit, and aligns with functional/organization goals
Responsible for providing a highest level of recruiting services to business leaders by developing key recruiting strategies
Partner with various stakeholders including external partners (e.g. Recruiting Agencies/RPOs) to ensure positions are filled satisfactorily in timely and cost-effective manner
Maintain, measure, track & report progress of key sourcing metrics against targets
Industry-wide networking, & actively participate in recruiting
Demonstrates thorough understanding of Recruitment processes; stays up to date on sourcing trends/best practices and implement process improvements
Responsible in providing timely reports to enable key business decisions and planning
Support in various projects as assigned and timely delivery
Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings
Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g. past applicants and referred candidates)
Participate in and host recruitment events to drive awareness of our company
