About the Role:
As a Talent Acquisition Associate you will:
Leverage on different resources to source qualified candidates
Source candidates, conduct behavioral interviews, and work with hiring managers in filling open positions.
Maintain an applicant tracking system
Work closely with the team in collating pre-employment requirements of identified candidates
About You:
In order to be successful in the role, you need to have:
Bachelor's degree preferably in Psychology, Behavioral Science, or any related field.
1-2 years' experience in Recruitment, particularly Sourcing, Interviewing and Interview Scheduling
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong attention to detail and can handle/maintain confidential information
Open to working on a 5-month project-based employment
