JOB DETAILS:
Company Profile: This is a BPO Company for a great variety of such large information technology companies, athletic shoe companies, e-banking and so on.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree holder
2-5 years providing high level, hands-on technical support of infrastructure platform(s)
Experience with VMware View and/or VMware vCloud Director, Windows and/or UNIX/LINUX operating systems
Job Responsibilities:
Support the vSphere environments
Handle ongoing maintenance
Administer and maintain at least one complex operating system environment
Responsible for data integrity, backup/restore, capacity planning, and disaster recovery procedure
Provide Tier 3 support and resolution of open IT issues escalated
Assist in the development of project plans
Performs other job related duties as assigned.
