- Must be a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, Electronics or Telecommunications field
- Fresh graduate or with at least 1 year of work-related experience
- Knowledge in Microsoft Windows and Linux environment
- Well-oriented in all facets of customer care services
- Amenable to work in Quezon City

• Installation and configuration of a client's computer hardware, operating systems, and applications
• Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
