JOB TITLE: System Engineer
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Will handle 1st level of trouble shooting
2. Handles trouble and issue management
3. Can identify/analyses the issues
4. Knowledgeable on PC, server, network and infrastructure
5. Preferably a generalist
6. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Graduate/Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology & Computer-related/equivalent courses
2. At least two (2) years work related experience
3. Customer-oriented, exudes a positive disposition and attitude even when faced with challenges
4. Computer literate (MS Office)
5. Good written and communication skills
6. Can work under minimum supervision
This is a PROJECT-BASED job for 1 YEAR.
Will undergo training for 2 weeks-1 month
