System Engineer (Google Apps Script)
Job Summary
Manage and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure
Install, configure, test and maintain operating systems, application software and system management tools
Proactively ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
Monitor and test application performance for potential bottlenecks, identify possible solutions, and work with developers to implement those fixes
Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies
Write and maintain custom scripts to increase system efficiency and lower the human intervention time on any tasks
Participate in the design of information and operational support systems
Provide 2nd and 3rd level support
Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution
Plan projects and select the technology to be used
Create automated processes, lists, reports and mailings along our value chain
Integrate Google tools into our applications using Google API
Work closely with the business stakeholders within an international environment
Constantly self-improve by learning new technologies and concepts following the best and latest industry practices
5+ years experienced company Mission Critical System
experiences JavaScript and Google Apps Script
Knowledge other languages like Python and VBA
Good self-organization skills and a passion for automation of processes using APIs and other available tools
You are a fast learner and motivated to get to know new technologies
You are prepared to make decisions and take responsibility for your projects
