Responsible for Citi's Global Fleet and Ground Transportation Program, supporting 80 countries (including 2,000 vehicle portfolio, 40 shuttle programs, rental, rail, taxi and black car services)
We are seeking to add another dynamic leader to the Business & Travel Shared Services Organization. The successful candidate will be an energetic, forward-thinking, control-minded, and stakeholder-centric individual who will lead a global team. Responsibilities of this team include the end-to-end management of Citi's Global Fleet and Ground Transportation Programs.
Transportation Program Design, Strategy & Integration
Management of Senior Stakeholder Relationships (Country Management, Senior Citi Leadership, Human Resources)
Design & Implement Strategy to Achieve Carbon Net Zero per Citi's Commitment
Program Compliance, Standardization and Enhancement
Ensures Compliance to Citi's Expense Management Policy
Risk & Controls Management
End-to-End Corporate Vehicle Lifecycle (Acquisition-Maintenance/Reporting-Disposal)
Requests for Proposal, Vendor Selection & Supplier Management
Management of Systems, Tools & Reporting
Delivery of Global Projects and Programs
Identify Opportunities for Business/Program/Process Savings & Efficiency
Assessment & Management of Continuity of Business Transportation Requirements (in conjunction with CSIS, and in-country crisis team)
Key Stakeholders Include: Sourcing, CSIS, Human Resources, Legal, Tax & Finance
