Responsibilities
To verify, check and validate all stock for transfer and transferred stocks to maintain accuracy and integrity of inventory in conformance with customer requirements.
To ensure that all Devices / Cards transfer allocations are duly allocated on the system for ease of picking.
Endorse Picklist and extracted the latest inventory to Picker to handle the physical picking; To ensure that all picked Devices and Cards are duly posted on the system and with proper documents; To ensure that all transfer allocations are processed within the given SLA; To maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the facilities, good working condition of equipment including reach truck and the entire warehouse premises.
To ensure that all irregularities are duly documented to ensure timely resolutions of any issues or problems within own level of authority and communicate or escalate with concerned parties (i.e. Team Leader, Supervisor, Manager, partner, customer, station, other departments, etc.) to resolve and expedite action/s.
To prepare and submit accurate and timely reports required by management and customers (i.e. Stock Transfer Monitoring Report with productivity, irregularity, KPIs, inventory report, aging report, etc.)
To observe health & safety policies inside the warehouse, wearing required PPE and observe handling procedures, identifying potential hazards & determining ways of reducing risk

Qualifications
College Graduate with at least 2-3 years working experience in a Logistics and Warehousing function.
Knowledge in SAP, WMS, and Exceed system is required
Analytical, flexible, and highly adaptable to a fast-phased 3PLenvironment.
A result-oriented and highly motivated team player who can work with minimum supervision.
Excellent Communication Skills both oral and written
Proficient in the use of MS Office Applications (MS Word, Excel)
