JOB DESCRIPTION:
Sales and Business Development:
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the features, benefits, and applications of industrial machines.
Collaborate with the sales team to generate leads, qualify prospects, and create tailored proposals that address customers' specific cleaning challenges.
Work closely with key decision-makers to understand their unique requirements, positioning our ultrasonic cleaners as the optimal solution.
Technical Expertise:
Provide technical guidance and support to customers during pre-sales and post-sales stages, ensuring smooth implementation and operation of our products.
Collaborate with the product development team to relay customer feedback, identify potential improvements, and contribute to the enhancement of our product offerings.
Identify potential technical issues and offer solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
Relationship Building:
Establish strong and enduring relationships with customers, acting as a trusted advisor in the field of ultrasonic cleaning technology.
Foster open lines of communication to understand customer satisfaction, gather feedback, and promptly address any concerns or issues.
Market Intelligence:
Stay current with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies related to ultrasonic cleaning and precision cleaning solutions.
Leverage market insights to refine sales strategies, enhance product positioning, and adapt to changing customer needs.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
Proven track record in technical sales, ideally within the industrial equipment or machinery sector.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
