Job purpose
The Support Business Analyst supports our newest product team in creating marketing materials, help content, configuring applications and working with clients to solve problems through innovative software.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Configure demo sites and demo to prospective clients
Support queries from prospective clients
Work with the product team to explain business requirements and test solutions.
Create and edit help center articles
Research market opportunities and application design
Support clients with ongoing configuration and changes
Help create marketing material and website content
