Customer Support and Supply Chain Coordinator Job Description
Looking for a Customer Support and Supply Chain Coordinator (Seasonal). Should be available from 6:00 AM - 12:00PM Monday-Friday. And also be willing to work weekends.
Job Responsibilities:
Review or make changes to customer accounts
Handle returns or complaints
Review and select standard responses for answers or solutions
Refer customers to supervisors, managers, or others who can help
Qualifications:
At least College Level
Strong mathematical and analytical skills
No Experience required
Has knowledge of Google Sheets and MS Excel
Extra-miler and constantly pushes the limits of current responsibilities
Can follow instructions
Strong sense of urgency, initiative, and drive; ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment of frequent change and ambiguity
Detail Oriented
Effective oral and written communication skills.
Willing to work overtime on peak season and weekends if needed.
MUST HAVE:
Stable Internet with a speed of at least 5 Mbps
Personal PC / Laptop at least i3 Processor
Back of portable wifi and PC in case of emergency and brownout
A quiet room/space for Work
