Develop strategic plans for optimized productivity
Review purchasing processes and creating innovative approaches for improvement
Uphold standards of excellence and soaring quality
Develop, lead and execute purchasing strategies
Provide guidance and feedback to help others strengthen specific knowledge/skill areas
Handles budgeting and costing
Analysis of stocks movement
Analysis of inventory level

Skills and Qualifications:
Strong decision-making capabilities
Required Skill(s): Retail, Execution, System thinker, Financials, Supply chain, Sourcing + procurement
Ability to motivate and lead people, and hold employees accountable
Strong working knowledge of operational procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
At least 5 Years (s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
A qualified applicant is proven with experience in retail, pharmacy, or in a supermarket
