ACCOUNTING OFFICER
 
Summary of Responsibilities:
In charge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable for
Pyroworks
In charge of tracking all financial transactions
In charge of initial bank reconciliation making sure that all expenses are duly liquidated and accounted for
The Accounting officer is also in charge of generating financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
Ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations, and maintain internal controls to prevent fraudulent activities
Works with CPA retainer to ensure completion of audit reports
Works with Operations Manager and Sales Executives to track show lists
Works with the Sales team to do collections of receivables
Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders
Other tasks as approved by the CEO
Summary of Requirements:
Accounting Graduate
At least 1 year work experience as Accounting Officer
Knowledgeable in PH Accounting and Taxation principles
Proficiency in English
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Willing to do field work ( to process permits and other documentation needed)
