The Supply Chain Executive will be mainly responsible for the creating POs in SAP and providing visibility thru monitoring of shipment status and fulfillment of contractual purchase targets. This person will be working closely with other functional departments such as Marketing, Warehouse, Finance, Vendor/Principal, and Regional Supply Chain team. Likewise, this role will be a supporting the local demand and supply planners in data analysis.
Description of Duties:
Review shipping documents and process orders in a timely and accurate manner
Coordinate with other functional departments and regional supply chain team regarding shipments
Work with demand planners for the tracking and analysis of actual purchases vs contractual purchase target per principal
Work with Regulatory Pharmacist to ensure all new launches and innovations are registered in FDA prior ordering and arrival of stocks in PH
Provides various reports, tracking, and analysis related to purchases, new launches, principal claims, inventory, and other areas of supply chain
Responsible for article creation and master data maintenance
Any related/adhoc tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Requirements
Degree holder in logistics, supply chain management, or business management
Possess 2-3 years of experience in supply chain
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Very strong coordination ability
Good problem solving skills
Keen attention to details
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, SAP experience is an added advantage
