THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
20% - Directs, supervises and coordinates the program and activities of the Provincial Training Center; 20% - Monitors and evaluates implementation of policies; 20% - Assists in the development of procedures and techniques in assessing TVET needs and in the formulation of education/ training program in the center of its pool of trainers; 20% - Manages the administrative requirements including human, physical and financial resources of the Provincial Training Center; 10% - Coordinates the preparation of all reports; and 10% - Performs other related functions.
OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education: Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job Experience: 3 years of relevant experience Training: 16 hours of relevant training Eligibility: Career Service Professional/Second Level Eligibility
