Position Overview
The Summary Billing Specialist out of Manila will prepare and audit daily accounts receivable billing, weekly and monthly summary billing using Microsoft Excel, Access, SAP, and other software as required.
What you'll do at Insight
Preparing standard daily, weekly, and monthly summary billing for specific customers
Analyze and evaluate reporting from SAP to create customer specific summary billing, including utilizing defined Macro's
Execute SAP downloads, prepare and utilize spreadsheets to compile invoice data
Evaluate ad-hoc requests received in a communal mailbox daily for other billing specific requests
Utilize a combination of SAP, Excel, PDF Edit to complete daily billing requests (consolidation of invoices, splitting invoices, cosmetic changes, etc), with appropriate approvals obtained first
Compile and maintain training documentation related to billing specific processes and customer specific processes
Identify, address, and escalate billing issues as required
What you'll need to join Insight
Degree from 2-year or 4-year college or university preferred or 1-2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Excel; SAP experience preferred.
Ability to learn new software applications.
Moderate analytical and conceptual thinking including critical/problem solving
Excellent written communication skills, ability to communicate effectively with various organizational levels
Demonstrate ability to work in a deadline orientated environment
