Job Qualification:
A licensed Civil Engineer
Have background in designing vertical & horizontal structures
Familiar with different construction methodology
At least 1 yr. experience as Structural Engineer/Designer
Knowledgeable in different Design Software Time Management
Knowledgeable in Structural Analysis Design & Building Codes
Good mathematical, IT and analytical skills
Job functions & Basic duties:
Assist in analyzing low to medium rise concrete and steel structure, precast structures and other related structures such as roads, bridges, box culvert, drainage, sheet, piles, retaining walls & slope protection.
Assist in preparing design criteria and load calculations.
Perform element designs such as beams, columns, slab, footing and steel connections.
Assis in preparing structural plans, calculation report and technical specifications for permit, bid, and construction and bank loan purposes.
Perform estimate/ quantity take-off of civil and structural plans.
Perform project site inspection and attend technical & design coordination meeting as required and necessary.
Perform other duties assigned by immediate supervisor and/or department head.
