Reporting to: RRP and Digital Insights Manager, Nina Palisoc
Role: Fixed Term (6 months)
WHAT THIS POSITION IS ABOUT - PURPOSE
The incumbent is responsible to provide day-to-day support to technical/substantive and administrative needs of the team involving digital and RRP-related projects.
WHAT YOU WILL DO - RESPONSIBILITIES
Help in preparing charts and graphics for presentations, and proof reading, and checking materials to be sent or presented to internal stakeholders. Prepare simple code frames, tab specs, data entry and checking data tables, as need.
Provide support with social listening and digital tools (e.g. building and optimizing queries, cleaning social mentions, basic dashboard and widget customization, running topline figures forwebsites).
Assist in taking internal briefs for meeting and making simple logistics arrangement (e.g. organizing dispatch of documents, arranging meeting schedules and room reservation)
Provide support in filing and tracking internal documents, budget line items, project approvals,and procurement/finance-related matters.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR - REQUIREMENTS:
College graduate or currently undertaking undergraduate studies at university/college, preferably from Social Science, Statistics, Business, Marketing, Mass Communications, Economics or other related fields
Fluent in spoken and written English
Basic to intermediate knowledge of Excel (open to work with large amount of data, Powerpoint, and MS Office apps & programs
Basic knowledge of social platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
