Store Supervisor manages store operations by monitoring inventory, organizing staff work schedules, and providing store performance reports. Store Supervisors may also procure new stock, manage staff, organize staff meetings, and perform other related duties that ensure the successful running of the store. They employ customer service skills and mentor sales staff to perform their duties to help meet store targets or exceed store metrics.
Tasks and duties:
Organizing store staff work schedules.
Assigning work tasks to store staff to meet the needs of the store and its customers.
Monitoring inventory and procurement of new stock as needed.
Mentoring store employees to benefit the performance of the store.
Providing assistance to new hires to learn about store policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:
Graduate of any vocational or 4 year course
Minimum of 1 year management experience in Food & Beverage industry.
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Possess good organizational and management skills
Possess good working attitude
