Job Description
Site Selection: Evaluating potential locations based on market research, demographics, and competition.
Project Management: Coordinating with architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure timely construction and renovation of stores.
Budget Management: Developing and managing budgets for new store openings, ensuring projects stay within financial constraints.
Compliance and Regulations: Ensuring that all developments meet local zoning laws, building codes, and safety regulations.
Design and Layout: Collaborating on store design and layout to optimize customer experience and operational efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with various departments, including marketing, operations, and supply chain, to ensure a successful launch.
Performance Monitoring: Analyzing the performance of new stores post-opening to identify areas for improvement and ensure goals are met.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the Food & Beverage industry.
Strong knowledge of the F&B industry, including market dynamics, key players, and regulatory requirements.
Proven track record of driving business growth and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
