STORE SUPERVISOR
 
Deployment: Cebu - Airport (Mactan)
 
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to deliver exceptional customer service an meet sales targets.
Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals, updates, and store policies.
Provide ongoing coaching and performance feedback to staff.
Customer Service:
Ensure that customers receive high-quality service and assistance throughout the store.
Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and effectively.
Promote a positive shopping experience for all customers.
Sales Management:
Assist in achieving or exceeding sales targets and store KPIs.
Analyze sales data and take appropriate actions to enhance sales performance.
Manage promotional displays and ensure they are well-stocked and up-to-date.
Inventory Control:
Oversee inventory management, including stocking shelves and organizing product displays.
Conduct regular stock counts and manage ordering, receiving, and merchandising of products.
Ensure that all products are labeled and priced correctly.
Store Operations:
Assist in implementing and adhering to all store policies and procedures.
Ensure store cleanliness and organization to provide an appealing shopping environment.
Monitor loss prevention measures to minimize theft and ensure company assets are protected.
Administrative Duties:
Maintain accurate sales records, staff schedules, and inventory reports.
Prepare and submit reports to the Store Manager as needed.
Assist in the hiring and onboarding process of new employees.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Proven experience in retail, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role
Proficient in English (both in written and verbal)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or consumer goods industry.
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and basic computer applications.
Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Working Conditions:
Must be able to work with flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
The role may require standing for extended periods.
Able to travel for a required trainings or events
Offer:
Monthly Basic Salary of 30,000 - 32,000
