STORE MANAGER
 
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
Experience in Retail/Sales management or related field is a must.
Excellent Customers service skill
Flexible and able to adapt to different types of customers.
Great Verbal and written communication skills.
Knows how to motivate and work in teams.
Knowledge on how to work budgets for the store.
Proficient in MS Office Applications ( MS Word, MS Excell, Etc.)
Responsibilities:
Maintain inventory by implementing purchasing plans and staying in contact with vendors and shippers.
Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Protect employees and customers by providing a safe, clean and positive store environment.
Develop a schedule of holiday activities and promotions throughout the year strategically designed to bring in more revenue. Analyze and interpret trends to facilitate planning
Initiate or develop effective marketing displays ideas for the sales floor and store windows.
Manage all controllable costs to keep operations profitable, Manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control
Analyze sales figures and forecast future sales.
Ensures High standard quality of products as well as service towards the customers. Ensures Health and safety of employees and customers are met.
