Job Descriptions
Act as Proactive Staff Nurse FOR ACU, ECU, PPE operations and ensures compliance to MyHealth policies.
Attends MyHealth in pre-ACU meeting, conducts ocular inspection and takes note of clients requests and requirements.
Sets up on site ACU clinic, secures permits, and facilitates all required documents prior to actual ACU.
Coordinates with various HMO / insurance providers to resolve general queries on ACU, ECU, and Home Service program.
As maybe required, requests for cash advance, and prepares liquidation of expenses in accordance with existing Accounting policies and regulations.
Prepares and submits reports such as ACU summary, compliance report, status report based on the agreed turn-around time (TAT).
Prepares purchase requisition of medical supplies that need to be replenished and recommends repair / replacement of defective medical instruments and equipments.
Operates ECG machine and sends results to the Physician for Cardiology reading.
Provides quality nursing care and responds promptly to emergency cases.
Attends post-ACU meeting, receives client feedback and acts upon the concerns and complaints of the client.
Acts as reliever and helps the vaccination services program and telemedicine nursing services of ESG if understaffed.
As maybe required, Prepares Home Service program quotations and billings and coordinates with the Finance department for the collection schedule.
Ensures that all Home Service tests results are prepared and released within the agreed TAT.
Participate in capacity building activities on safety and health and other OSH related topics and programs
Proper use of all safeguards and safety devices furnished for workers' protection and that of others
Comply with Instructions to prevent accidents or imminent danger situations in the workplace
Observed prescribed steps to be taken in cases of emergency including participation in the conduct of national or local disaster drill
Report to their immediate supervisor or any other responsible safety and health personnel any work hazard that may be discovered in the workplace
Accomplishes departmental goals by performing other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Qualifications
BS Nursing graduate
At least 1 year experience in the same capacity, preferably gained from the same industry.
