Place of employment: MINDANAO SUB-DELEGATIONS AND OFFICE (DAVAO, COTABATO, ILIGAN)
The consultant will extend physical presence and support of Staff Health as well as enhance organizational and individual support to employees in response to COVID-19 in Davao Sub-Delegation, Cotabato Sub-Delegation, or Iligan Office.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure PPE is available to staff involved in operations and for special needs such as cleaning and disinfection of premises and vehicles; update inventory, send a request to Staff Health Officer, distribute and record accordingly;
Ensure the proper education/training to staff on the use of PPE and hygiene materials;
Compile staff questions for the FAQ update;
Tracking of LGU update on C19 protocol concerning travel, the algorithm for case management, test requirement, and hospitalization;
Weekly update of epidemiological data on C19, taking into consideration the capacity of the LGU and contact point;
Facilitate testing for staff related to case management and routine tests;
Refer to Staff Health Officer those staff with high vulnerability;
Provide ongoing support to staff, communication while in quarantine/isolation;
Keep a daily log of the course of illness of the staff related to COVID-19 while in quarantine/isolation;
Participate in vaccine organization for ICRC staff;
Participate in briefings before and after field trips;
Any other activities as needed in response to COVID -19 management.
REQUIRED PROFILE
Licensed medical practitioner
Minimum 2 years work experience in a relevant clinical context
With clinical and administrative work experience
Fluent oral and written English communication skills
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as word, powerpoint, and excel
Good knowledge of the assigned geographical area
Established network with the DOH and hospitals is an advantage
