What the myHR Service Center contributes to Cardinal Health: <\/b>The myHR Service Center team is responsible for general employee inquiries, management & maintenance of employee data, and efficiency of HR data transactions and processes. Cultivates a customer service culture while demonstrating empathy for the personal circumstances of employees<\/li>
Uses knowledge of Global HR processes and technologies to initiate and\/or complete escalated employee HR requests and inquiries specific to:<\/li>
Operates within service level agreements<\/li>
Provides support to employees and other HR teammates through the launch of Global HR company-wide programs and policies updates local procedures to reflect new processes<\/li>
Identifies root cause, evaluates impacts and develops solutions for data and process breakdowns<\/li>
Consults with and provides guidance to employees about company policy and program inquiries<\/li>
Partners with other HR teams (Centers of Excellence (COEs), HR Solutions, Advice and Counsel Center (ACC)), to ensure consistent, positive, employee experience<\/li>
Develops and maintains standard operating procedures for new and\/or modified HR programs impacting employee data requirements.<\/li><\/ul>

Human Resources designs, implements and delivers human resource programs and policies, including recruitment, talent management, diversity and inclusion, compensation and benefits, among others. This function anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs in alignment with business strategies.<\/p>
HR Operations administers HR data transactions, processes, audits and calculations to drive operational efficiency within the function. This job family maintains personnel records pertaining to benefits, compensation, retirement and leaves of absence and administers HR transactions such as hiring, termination, contracts and retirement. HR Operations also provides reporting to internal management, external agencies, vendors and in support of audits.<\/p>

Participates in continuous improvement initiatives<\/li>
Conducts audits and reviews\/runs reports based on specific requirements<\/li>

Operates within defined KPI expectations set out by leadership<\/li>
Ensures complete protection of employee data and complies with all data privacy processes and regulations.<\/li>
Develop, update, and maintain process documentation and LWIs to reflect changes in processes.<\/li>
Partners across all HR Service Center and Payroll teams (on both the Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams) HR teammates and COEs to respond to inquiries and ensure processes are operating efficiently, effectively, and are compliant.<\/li>
Provides guidance and coaching to help manage complex cases and minimize risk to Cardinal Health.<\/li>
Consults with other HR Service Center teams to ensure processes are functioning properly and updates are made to reflect changes.<\/li>
Performs special projects and any other duties as assigned.<\/li><\/ul>

Qualifications<\/b><\/p>
Bachelors in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred<\/li>
2+ years experience in HR Operations, preferably supporting North America<\/li>
Knowledge and experience with HR systems (Service Now, Workday etc.)<\/li>
Critical eye for detail and appreciation for data accuracy and integrity<\/li>
Uncompromising commitment to client and customer satisfaction<\/li>
Proven successful ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and effectively handle daily planned and unplanned operational activities<\/li>

Join us and let's get started. <\/p>Job Description<\/strong><\/p>This role is primarily responsible to provide support to day-to-day HR Contact Center services to ensure accurate processing of moderately complex employee requests tickets, calls, and chat in compliance with internal and external regulations, service level agreements, processes, and procedures. <\/p>Provide action and resolution to the employee queries received via call, chat, and ticketing system<\/p><\/li>Responsible for queue management and case triage within our case management system<\/p><\/li>Support data gathering activities and analyze complex tickets to support the proper resolution of incident reports and administer resolutions.
<\/p><\/li>Handle moderately complex HR systems transactions<\/p><\/li>Escalate\/Transfer HR systems transaction request to necessary systems back-end support team<\/p><\/li>Escalate issues and recommend resolutions to the Team Lead for timely resolution. What the myHR Service Center contributes to Cardinal Health: <\/b>The myHR Service Center team is responsible for general employee inquiries, management & maintenance of employee data, and efficiency of HR data transactions and processes. Our mission is to drive frictionless experience by providing optimal solutions at the optimal moment via the optimal channel:<\/p>
Cultivates a customer service culture while demonstrating empathy for the personal circumstances of employees<\/li>
Uses knowledge of Global HR processes and technologies to initiate and\/or complete escalated employee HR requests and inquiries specific to:<\/li>
Operates within service level agreements<\/li>
Provides support to employees and other HR teammates through the launch of Global HR company-wide programs and policies updates local procedures to reflect new processes<\/li>
Identifies root cause, evaluates impacts and develops solutions for data and process breakdowns<\/li>
Consults with and provides guidance to employees about company policy and program inquiries<\/li>

Human Resources designs, implements and delivers human resource programs and policies, including recruitment, talent management, diversity and inclusion, compensation and benefits, among others. This function anticipates and plans for long-term human resource needs in alignment with business strategies.<\/p>
HR Operations administers HR data transactions, processes, audits and calculations to drive operational efficiency within the function. This job family maintains personnel records pertaining to benefits, compensation, retirement and leaves of absence and administers HR transactions such as hiring, termination, contracts and retirement. HR Operations also provides reporting to internal management, external agencies, vendors and in support of audits.<\/p>

Primary areas of responsibility:<\/b> The Sr. Specialist will have primary accountability for Bonus Payment processing\/business process support in Workday and ServiceNow. Additional scope of support includes support\/case management across the Employee Data Management (EDM) and Workforce Compliance teams: Terminations, I9s, Unemployment Insurance claims and Employment Verification.<\/p>

Role Accountabilities: <\/b><\/p>
Participates in continuous improvement initiatives<\/li>
Conducts audits and reviews\/runs reports based on specific requirements<\/li>
Demonstrates strong knowledge of customer service protocols and empathy for the personal circumstances of employees<\/li>
Operates within defined KPI expectations set out by leadership<\/li>
Ensures complete protection of employee data and complies with all data privacy processes and regulations.<\/li>
Develop, update, and maintain process documentation and LWIs to reflect changes in processes.<\/li>
Partners across all HR Service Center and Payroll teams (on both the Tier 1 and Tier 2 teams) HR teammates and COEs to respond to inquiries and ensure processes are operating efficiently, effectively, and are compliant.<\/li>
Provides guidance and coaching to help manage complex cases and minimize risk to Cardinal Health.<\/li>
Consults with other HR Service Center teams to ensure processes are functioning properly and updates are made to reflect changes.<\/li>

Qualifications<\/b><\/p>
Bachelors in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred<\/li>
2+ years experience in HR Operations, preferably supporting North America<\/li>
Knowledge and experience with HR systems (Service Now, Workday etc.)<\/li>
Critical eye for detail and appreciation for data accuracy and integrity<\/li>
Uncompromising commitment to client and customer satisfaction<\/li>
Proven successful ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and effectively handle daily planned and unplanned operational activities<\/li>
Strong verbal and written communication skills in order to effectively interact with both customers and team members<\/li>
