Job Description:
Perform BAU process for production process on a monthly basis
Responds to Client requests and coordinates with other departments to address client needs
Establishes and maintains positive relationships with the various Local Offices and production teams.
Responsible for the QC production, data investigations and resolutions of client inquiries
Ensures, thorough review and verification, that the deliverable meets the customer's specifications, including timeliness and quality.
Communicates findings and provides recommendations arising from data validations conducted during QC production and query investigation for both internal and external Clients
Researches, analyzes and responds to client data
Develops and implements additional quality control/assurance system to further improve data integrity.
Acts as the first line of support to queries raised by the client and/or the IQVIA local offices.
Perform functions as directed by the supervisor
Job Requirements:
Bachelor degree or equivalent and up to 2 years of work experience
Proficiency in MS Windows applications (Word, Power point, Access, Visio) especially MS Excel used for data validation and trending
Good analytical and problem solving as well as good understanding of the pharmaceutical industry
Time management skills and has the ability to work independently
Ability to identify problem and help to standardize the process
Ability to carry out analysis and information gathering to resolve problems on routine matters
Ability to work under time constraints and changing work volumes
