We are looking for a Sr. Product Engineer who will manage Power Discrete and Modules test and assembly processes in subcons related to Product Engineering. Responsible for test program development, yield monitoring and yield improvement. Coordinates with subcontractor on yield improvement, engineering activities, assembly process, documentations, product quality, production deliveries and packing issues.
About the Job:
Monitoring, analysis and generation of yield reports for all Ixys Power subcons.
Coordinate with assembly subcons on yield improvement, engineering issues and provide/support dispositions needed for both Assembly and Test processes.
Compile, review and coordinate test and assembly documentations and builds for existing and new product.
Subcon visits
Support qualification and development of jigs, materials and process, and new equipment.
Support New Product Development including New Device/Package Qualifications at subcons.
Test hardware design and test program generation
Packaging definition support for new product packages.
Support Littelfuse for supplier sourcing in Asia for material and equipment for cost improvements.
Communicate with local and foreign counterparts in the Littelfuse organization
May perform other duties as assigned
About You:
College Degree in Engineering major in EE/ECE/ME/CHE, Materials Science
With at least 5 years relevant experience in the semiconductor or related industry especially in Test, Process and Packaging.
Proficient in Computer Applications
Deep knowledge of engineering practices
Strong analytical skills
Strong communication skills
High attention to detail
