Baseline Qualifications:

More than 8 years of experience in Payroll and customer solutions managementPreferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities
Overall responsible in the performance of the HR Solutions - Operations Manager, Process Leads, and Associates. Main task is to ensure high level of Client Engagement that leads to customer satisfaction and client retention.
Maintains good business relationship with clients.
Performs business development functions in pursuing leads in "up-selling" existing or additional HR service facilities to the client.
Reviews and re-engineers existing operational systems, processes and procedures to improve efficiency and increase output.
Oversees the integrity of payroll accounts. Ensures accuracy of the process and generated reports.
Conducts performance appraisal of staff in the team and makes recommendations for staff development.
Oversees compliance on business rules on all payroll processing of the group.
Coordinates with clients on incidents, payroll issues or additional/modified instructions.
Performs other duties that may be assigned by the management from time to time
