About the Role
You are responsible for the development of the lead generation program, nurture outbound / inbound sales lead campaigns and driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline for Extend Your Team. This position will utilize an integrated strategy that may include, but not limited to, marketing automation, inbound/outbound telemarketing, management group lead lists, networking and grassroots marketing. This position will play a crucial role in creating, implementing and reinforcing best practices and procedures to make lead generation discipline and the BD team successful. Additionally, this role will include proactive prospecting and will email and make calls to potential clients to introduce our services, log call and information into CRM and set up demos and appointments for the BD team. This position will also assist in the development of presentations and proposals for the BD team.
Expected Work Hours and Timezone
This is an output-based role with a
semi-flexible
work schedule. You can work anytime du Apply business hours with at least partial overlaps between the team and the Chief Executive Officer's schedule. You are also expected to work on occasional weekends due to business needs.
As a Lead Generation Manager, you will provide excellence by:

-Prospecting, generating, qualifying, processing and following up on leads and appointment settings for the BD team
-Collaboratively work with the internal teams and management to develop lead generation strategies to generate lead opportunities with prospective customers
-Initiates lead/demand generation strategies that include inbound/outbound sales and marketing campaigns and initiatives
-Participates in new business pitches with sales team and subject matter experts and own follow-through with the lead prospect
-Providing consistent, concise, accurate internal and external communications
-Providing consistent, concise, accurate and timely weekly/monthly sales lead gen activity reports to management
-Working collaboratively in a team environment and independently
-Assist in preparing concise, targeted proposals and contracts
-Developing and maintaining strong relationships
-Demonstrating a commitment to the virtual outsourcing industry by staying educated on the new regulations, our product solutions changes, innovations and trends.
-Achieving sales lead gen and appointment quotas
Requirements
Do you have what it takes to be our Leads Generation Manager?
Consider yourself highly qualified if you have:

-Minimum of 3 - 5 years of sales telemarketing and leads generation experience in the outsourcing industry. Experience in a Virtual Outsourcing environment is highly preferred
-Experience with leads generation and marketing automation software including proficiency in various CRMs is highly preferred
-Must possess excellent communication skills both oral and written and be skilled in "Selling via Phone" successfully
-Must be experienced selling outsourcing services, be a successful prospector, and be able to independently develop new prospects in a highly competitive environment.
-Must be able to learn and speak the language of the client, therefore learning about the clients' industries and researching ways on how we can help them
-Show a proven track record achieving sales leads gen and appointment quotas
-Ability to multi-task daily projects and commitments and employ structured selling methods is required.
-Must have strong inner drive and self-discipline, proficiency in EXCEL, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
