Bolton International is looking for HR Business Partners with strong experience in Human Resources.
What you will do:
Be the primary HR business partner of employees within the Philippines
Act as a shift team leader for the HR 24x5 Helpdesk Operations and as the second level escalation for employee tickets, and coordinate with the Head of HR for third level escalation and coordination with concerned Team Managers or Department Managers
Serve as the Employee Relations Specialist to employees who have queries/concerns related to company policies and the company's code of discipline on tier 2/second-level engagement
Remain up-to-date with new company policies, government policies, and advisories related to labor compliance in the Philippines
Take charge of onboarding matters such as job offer and contract signing preparation, new joiner's onboarding preparation, completion of pre-employment requirements; may lead the HR Orientation of new joiners (if applicable), and ensure enrollment to all benefits (HMO, Insurance, etc.)
Oversee movement matters such as preparation of movement letters related to employee movement (transfers, promotions, salary increases, regularization, movement to bench, etc.)
Look after offboarding matters such as leaver's offboarding preparation, clearance completion, preparation of final pay computation, securing quit claims, and coordination with Finance on the release of final payment
Supervise the HR Generalists for preparing and consolidate accurate timekeeping reports on Sprout and other related systems related to timekeeping consolidation on a bi-monthly basis and coordination with the following departments such as Service Delivery, RevOps, and Finance
Manage compensation and benefits (HMO, Insurance, Bolton Benefits, etc.) as well as compliance with Philippine regulatory requirements such as government-mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-ibig, and BIR)
Have strong stakeholder management and will be visible and valuable in the different employee meetings, team huddles, and monthly business reviews
Participate and assist in some ad-hoc-HR projects to be led by the Head of Human Resources
Perform HR duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time
Who you are:
Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resource Management, or a similar business course
With at least 5 years of experience in a global or shared services HR environment from a BPO or similar industry, or as an HR generalist
Well-versed in the field of Human Resources Management both in HR Operations and Strategic HR
