Job Description:
Summary
The Sr Enterprise Application Developer is a key role responsible for developing and maintaining a highly available factory-like API ecosystem for enterprise systems. Responsible for the integrations between cloud platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle Service Cloud, and Oracle Fusion, as well as on-prem or quasi-on-prem solutions such as Oracle EBS. This includes both domestic and international integrations. Responsible for management of on-shore and off-shore resources.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Facilitate the review and analysis of business requirements
Design and engineer solutions for new and existing applications
Create and maintain functional/technical design specifications and solutions to satisfy project
requirements
Develop software to specifications
Monitors system and application performance and troubleshoot/ resolve escalated issues
Continually seek ways to optimize and improve all operational aspects of our IT solutions
Monitor and maintain integrations to confirm end to end systems operation reliability.
Meet SLA requirements for the end to end system uptime and response.
Communicate with many technical teams, including Salesforce development, Oracle EBS,
eCommerce Net Ops, Dev Ops, User Services, etc.
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Develop and assure compliance with development standards.
Assure compliance with HIPAA, SOX, and FDA 21CFR part 11.
Estimate resource requirements and communicate/justify to upper management.
Required Qualifications
3+ years experience in Microservice (preferred) or Service Oriented Architectures.
5+ years Integration development experience.
2+ years using Agile methodology.
Experience with middleware applications such as Dell Boomi (strongly preferred), or Mulesoft, etc.
Experience with either Docker, Apigee, Cloud Forge, etc.
Experience with ERP systems (Oracle EBS preferred).
Experience with EDI development and management.
Experience with application APIs such as SOAP and REST.
Experience ETL-type batch processes.
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Must work well with leaders on other technical and non-technical teams
Judgement
Exercises good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments.
Experience and Education
Typically requires 4-year technical college degree such as Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or other relevant degrees
