We are currently seeking for a passionate and dynamic Business Development professional who prides on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of Sales and Customer Relationship Management.
As a Manager / Chief Manager of Sales you will be responsible to drive annual number targets, manage existing clients for solutions that powers all aspects of Financial Technology and adding new clients. Oversee the day to day sales activities, implement action plans and accomplish the goals and set targets. You will report into Country Manager - Philippines.
Your role would include the following key responsibilities:
v Drive and direct the sales process towards high-impact and high-probability clients.
v Increasing the value of current clients while attracting new ones.
v Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
v Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives.
v Creates strategy for expansion of new markets and improving sales.
v Continuously evaluate and propose improvement in currents sales processes.
v Prepares and drives business plan with specific targets.
v Participate and contribute to relevant conferences, meetings, and industry events.
Knowledge & Competencies:
v Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field.
v Minimum of 10 years' experience in Sales particularly in Financial Services and Technology Solutions field such as (but not limited to) ATM's, Switches, Outsourcing Services, Real-time payments etc.
v Proven new business development skills.
v Demonstrated Leadership capabilities.
v Excellent communication and presentation skills
v Excellent networking, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
v Self-motivated, autonomous, team player and impeccable reputation.
v Entrepreneurial, customer-focused, and solution-minded
v A strong commitment to providing value-added services to demanding customers.
v Ability to achieve revenue targets in a challenging environment.
