Must have at least 1-year GDS experience (preferably Sabre and Amadeus) in a BPO setting.
Proficient in using GDS Cryptic/Native commands to book and manage travel arrangements
Excellent communication skills
Good customer service skills
Willing to work onsite
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Can start ASAPRESPONSIBILITIES:
Provide exceptional customer service to our travelers
Book flights, hotels, and cars using Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
Issue, reissue, and refund flight tickets on GDS
Respond to traveler inquiries and resolve issues efficiently
