I. Basic Purpose of the Job
Responsible for supplier bank and tax maintenance, 1099 compliance, Cash Management, SOX/PWC audit, monthly accounts analysis and other GL related functions.
II. Reporting Relationship
Reports to the Accounting Section Head.
III. Major Duties and Responsibilities
Supplier bank and tax maintenance and 1099 compliance
Cash Management and reconciliation
Monthly Account Reconciliations
Month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing
Assists in the audit requirements/schedules (e.g. financial, SOX, PWC, etc.)
Interface with management in various departments
Roamer to help out in other areas within the group
