We are looking for a proficient, dynamic and resourceful SQL Specialist who loves data and data visualization is in their blood.
What you'll be doing:
Perform data chores, create and maintain running SQL queries, manually fetching data from several sources and creating reports and visual dashboards.
Routine data missions for multiple departments (Operations, Customer Service, Marketing, Finance and Senior Management), developing queries and visual dashboards to enable management decision making.
Maintain and expand company data queries and visual dashboards.
Develop a workflow for data missions and maintain your own playbook listing each specific action required to complete your workflows.
Access multiple platforms for performance insights, spending figures and metrics.
Work on multiple department management assignments, create your own task workflows and time budgets.
Communicate with department heads that support requirements you need to perform.
Efficiency, accuracy and attention to detail are key to this role.
Who you are:
You have prior experience writing complex SQL queries which involve creating result sets from referencing multiple data tables.
You must be meticulous and always double-checking your work.
Your satisfaction comes from knowing that your work is supporting the growth of a data-driven company culture by providing multiple departments with critical heavy lifting.
You work independently and manage your time with little oversight or interaction from others.
Security is critically important to you and your role as a data management expert, you hold yourself to a higher standard of data security standards.
What sets you apart:
Substantial experience writing SQL queries.
Substantial experience developing management dashboards in Excel, Tableau or Power BI.
Many years of proven success at all of the above activities.
Cryptocurrency knowledge would be an asset, but we can always teach you all you need to know.
Financial, Fintech or Technology Industry background is a plus.
Understands the startup culture.
