Your Role
We are looking for customer-centric and solutions focused Consultant to join our awesome Implementations team. You will be to provide exceptional service and guidance to customers as they navigate through the implementation stages of the company within their environment. In every interaction we attempt to provide our customers with a 'wow that was amazing' experience by placing an emphasis on customer happiness, communication and success.
Your Responsibilities
You will facilitate client stakeholder meetings: scoping, goals, resourcing, and address the customer's technical concerns/needs
Successfully and effectively manage the implementation process, taking full responsibility for delivery of product(s)
Efficiently manage the customer and internal company resources to meet all established milestones
Mitigate project risks and issues, address challenges and escalate where required
Preparation and delivery of end-user training sessions to facilitate successful adoption
Identify opportunities for increasing ongoing revenue through up-selling and consulting during conversations
Document processes and procedures, and updating knowledge databases
Stay current with Phocas software, system information, new features/enhancements and product offerings
Collaboratively work with other Phocas teams to provide insights on future product enhancements and challenges to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
Essential
Minimum 6+ years' experience in a technical delivery role
Practical hands on experience working with SQL particularly MS SQL T-SQL (Views, Stored Procedures)
Has worked remotely (via VPN/RDP, etc.) on client sites
Software implementation experience including across multiple sites and platforms including Web deployment
Client/project management experience
Desirable
Deployment & Configuration of MS Packages such as SQL Server & IIS
Exposure to API, C# , .Net or VbScript.
Familiar with ETL Processes
Exposure to BI
Any Exposure to common ERP systems (Eclipse, SAP Business One, NetSuite, MYOB, Pronto)
Skills/Attributes
