Shift Schedule: Night Shift
Work Location: Mandaluyong City, potentially hybrid
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including phone interviews and initial screening based on role requirements
Coordinate interview scheduling (phone, video, in-person) for qualified candidates
Maintain and update candidate status in ATS and other recruitment systems
Review applications in a timely manner and support job postings across various platforms
Manage the offer process, including offer letter creation, routing, and presentation to candidates
Coordinate background checks, medical clearances, and reference verifications
Arrange candidate travel and accommodations as needed
Support onboarding and offboarding processes
Track and report recruitment metrics and pipeline status
Ensure the recruitment team is kept informed on progress and flag any issues or delays
Provide general administrative support to recruiters and hiring teams
QualificationsEducation:High school diploma or equivalent requiredExperience:
At least 6 months of experience in a talent coordination or administrative support role preferred
Background in a business or office environment; customer service or administrative experience is a plus
Skills & Competencies:
Solid understanding of recruitment administration practices
Familiarity with talent acquisition processes and terminology strongly preferred
Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage and prioritize workload effectively
Committed to delivering excellent service to both internal teams and external stakeholders
