THE POSITION
The purpose of the job is the handling of payments and the administration (account statements and Cash Management) of banking accounts for several countries in compliance with local requirements. The job holder manages also "on-behalf payments" of foreign exchange currencies.
Tasks & responsibilities
Support implementation of state of the art treasury processes according to the business needs
Support high qualified, internally and externally compliant operations in all money transactions and in the handling of payment runs of all respective processes via F110 and F111
Cash Management for all participating countries
Support of value-creating innovation and lean processes inside the Center
Documentation of the reached agreements with OPUs in Service/Operating Level Agreements (SLA/OLA)
Assist the integration of countries and functions in the Service Shared Center
Finding solutions appropriate to the selected standards under consideration of local requirements and face to face with global standards
Securing of proper migration of master file data as well as the analysis and optimisation of interfaces to O2C and P2P
Take over tasks of day-to-day-business (partly as substitute of other colleagues):
Support in opening and closing of bank accounts
Worldwide execution of loans, investments and foreign currency transactions
Management of high volume payments in special cases (e.g. regarding Merger & Aquisition)
Requirements
Bachelors degree (B.A., B.Sc.) in business administration or similar
Education in Treasury/Banking (e.g. Treasury certificate, apprenticeship in banking etc.)
Minimum 3 years of professional experience in Treasury/Accounts Payable department of a large-scale enterprise or an international acting bank
Affinity to computer systems, especially to SAP TR/FI and to E-banking systems
Communication, interaction and negotiating skills
Project related experience
