Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Leading or supports an integration project
Works closely with various engineers, manufacturing, and or process owners and stakeholders to map current state processes needed for analysis and recommendations
Collects and analyzes manufacturing data and process details to recommend actions for transition or migration and standardization and or finding a way on how they can be improved or automated
Responsible for data preparation, validation, and data cleansing for system readiness
Supports system development, creates test cases, and perform testing (SIT, UAT, and Smoke Testing)
Will work with business teams, and the IT Department to find the best way to design new processes and solve process-related problem
Responsible in documenting procedures and presenting new process designs to stakeholders
Facilitates training or educating business users responsible for managing and operating business processes
Will often attend meetings with the Project Management and with the different involved teams
Support creation of Master Data object in AGILE in sustenance of Product Data Configuration
Work with fellow Product Data Management team members and ability to delegates tasks
Qualifications
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment and/or with a multinational global organization
Solid skill in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
Has the ability to work with multiple functional areas and global locations
Experience in Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or IT in the semiconductor industry is an advantage
A good candidate is a problem solver and have a strong analytical background
Have a good written and communication skills
Team player, positive, proactive and has the ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
Knowledge of Oracle Agile or similar product data management tools is preferred but not required
With knowledge in Manufacturing Execution System (CAMSTAR) is preferred
Preferably with background in programming and relational database queries/ reports (knowledge in SQL is an advantage)
