THE POSITION
The Job holder ensures the correct and in-time processing of requests for and queries about master data maintenance within service level to deliver a high quality support for the international key user community. In this function, he trains user, answers to questions and analyses issues. Existing blocks are resolved by using admin authorization.
This might require the work in shifts.
Tasks & responsibilities
Delivers independent support for the key user community
Supports the system change process by submissal of proposals for improvement as well as creation of communication about system changes (release notes) and provision of training and documentation
Supports deployment projects
Checks data and system correctness
Initiates and conducts data correction activities independently
Coordinates follow-up and correction in case of system errors
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, IT or any Business-related course
MS Office computer skills (Intermediate to Advance Excel, Access)
In depth experience working as an Analyst in a professional working environment.
A self-driven work ethic, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment.
Experience in any of the systems: SAP, MDM, MDG is a plus
Good verbal and written communication skills.
