This position is responsible for collaborating directly with Specialty leaders and requires collaboration directly with business partners, as well as finance leaders, serving on the front lines as the face of FP&A, and primary contact on matters relating to month end close, budget and forecast.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, and seeks to enable growth for the business. While this role will primarily focus on core FP&A responsibilities - book close, forecast development, budgeting - the candidate will be expected to partner with business leaders and colleagues to provide insightful decision support and drive growth objectives.

It is for that reason that we are looking for someone who not only has the technical skill set, but is a proactive, self-starter and has the ability to partner effectively with the business. This individual will be a self-starter, who will ensure that deliverables and key tasks are delivered timely and accurately, with company policies and procedures being followed and/or improved upon. Overall, the candidate should be detail-oriented individual who demonstrates strong service focus, excellent communication skills, and a desire for significant collaboration.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Analyzes basic financial data and quantitative analyses, in order to support sound and defensible recommendations.
Conducts basic audit activities, in order to comply with requirements.
Maintains best practices policies, in order to maintain compliance with regulatory standards.
Assists in the month end close process by preparing recurring/standard and ad hoc reports,
Evaluates financial plans by identifying financial outcomes and potential returns.
Prepares financial presentations using a variety of formats, displays, reproduction of charts, graphs, and econometric models.
Assists in the development of budgets and quarterly forecasts; tracks and reports initiatives.
Prepares financial planning information and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing data and trends.
Updates financial databases through entering, verifying, and securing data.
What you need to have:
Bachelors required; CPA preferred 3-5 years of experience in financial planning & analysis, controllership or related experience in a global operation
Functional Finance experience is required; type of Functional Finance experience will be dependent on Function supported
Extremely strong understanding and background in accounting, financial analysis techniques and business planning skills
Strong analytical skills and business decision support along with effective interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work with all levels of management
Ability to take on special projects as well as ongoing activity
Advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills preferred
