Oversee the hiring of hard-to-fill vacancies, and implementation of recruitment initiatives and programs in collaboration with the Manager (Corporate Talent Acquisition).
Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities:
1. Assists the Manager (Corporate Talent Acquisition) in the planning, development and implementation of recruitment-related programs and strategies including policy development.
2. Oversees the implementation of strategies and programs pertaining to sourcing, selection, job offer and deployment.
3. Receives, monitors and checks the accuracy and completeness of Personnel Requisition Form (PRF) and prepare recruitment- related reports such as the monthly recruitment report and lead generation report
4. Approves job opening advertisements.
5. Conducts interviews of candidates
6. Prepares and conducts job offers.
7. Drafts and issues Employment Contracts.
8. Conducts end to end recruitment initiatives (Manila and Provincial)
9. Initiates at least monthly recruitment related meetings to review current concerns and formulate strategies for effective recruitment.
10. Meets and collaborates with the department heads to understand necessary aspects and ensure that they are fully informed of recruitment-related objectives and programs.
11. Coordinates and attends regular meetings with manpower providers on programs that involves recruitment
12. Verifies correctness of manpower billings
13. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time
Qualifications
Candidates possessing at least a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent, is preferred
Required languages: English and Filipino
At least 8 Years of working experience is the related field is required for this position
Required Skills: Recruitment, Sourcing, Writing, Stakeholder Management, and Facilitation
