Specialist, Compensation and Benefits
Are you someone who respond to employee's benefits query and concerns on a timely manner?
Are you experienced in the field of C&B that you can design and create a program that best fit the organization?
Are you highly organize to ensure that all documents, reports and trackers of employees are updated and accurate?
Your role as the Compensation and Benefits Specialist is to support the team in the implementation and processing of all employee compensation and benefits, as well as other administrative functions. The role will also entail answering related queries, and providing resolutions on related issues.
You will have an opportunity to...
-Process payroll requirements on a bi-monthly basis
-Facilitate Masterfile updates for payroll purposes
-Process documents for all employee movements
-Perform e-BIR registration for company compliance (BIR 1902, 1905, 2305)
-Manage the release of last pay for all resigned/separated employees
-Maintain trackers for government loans and report to the Payroll team on a bi-monthly basis
-Process Certificates of Employment (with compensation)
-Process salary and information updates on ProQor
-Assess recommend improvements on current procedures
-Process monthly employment reports (enrollment and separation) to government agencies (SSS/Philhealth/HDMF)
-Process government benefit claims and reimbursements (SSS)
-Process member information updates (SSS/PhilHealth/HDMF)
-Process employee loan disputes with SSS and HDMF
-Process consolidation of member records to HDMF
-Prepare PhilHealth documents (COC, CF1, and MDR) on a per-request basis
-Certify employee qualifications for Special Leave for Women under Magna Carta Law vis a vis SSS Sickness claims
-Visit government agencies (SSS and HDMF) to address critical cases, as needed
-Process audit checks for all reported employees
-Maintain and organize files, reports and other documents
-Assist in the review and audit of HMO billings
-Answer employee queries within capacity
-Coordinate regularly with various groups within the organization
-Ad-hoc tasks, as required

-Must be extremely organized and able to multi-task in a very fast paced and stressful environment
-Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills
-Computer-literate
-Ability to develop strong working relationships with all levels of individuals
-Over one (1) year of experience in a Compensation and Benefits role
-Willing to work full-time, primarily daytime hours in a 24/7 operation (possible evening, weekend, and holiday work may be required, depending on peak periods)
