SPEAKING QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST
(Full-time; Office-based)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Monitor quality of classes given
Proofreads written feedback/evaluation given by Online Instructors to their students
Evaluate performance of Online Instructors using established evaluation criteria
Provide training/coaching to Online Instructors
Accomplish special technical tasks
Regular reporting
REQUIRED SKILLS:
High degree of proficiency in English
Openness to coaching and work output criticism
Ability to provide coaching and act as a mentor
Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision
Ability to collaborate with colleagues for certain projects
Proficiency in MS applications
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Journalism, Education / Teaching / Training, Linguistics / Languages, Business Studies Administration / Management, Mass Communications or equivalent.
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Applicants must be willing to work in Mandaluyong City, Philippines.
