Requirements:
Preferably Filipino National that is fluent in Spanish
Fluent in both Spanish and English
Preferably Bachelor's Degree Holder
Customer Service and Sales experience is a plus
Willing to work in Cebu City
Knowledge in SAP is a plus
Responsibilities:
Responsible in accommodating the Order of the customers
Upload the order into the system
Assisting in client's rebate claims queries and warranty related questions.
Process the account and contact research, asset registry reports and opportunity creation management in a short period of time.
Assist the customer and give them knowledge regarding the product
