RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain documentation in client or company systems
Effectively recommend enhanced products or services as a solution to the customer needs and customer commitment for product
Provide options and outline features of product and services to gain or retain a customer
Monitor and manage technical issues relating to products.
Serve as a brand advocate and advisor.
Perform other related tasks assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Open for Filipino national that are proficient in Spanish and English Language
Highly open for Undergraduates
Willing to work and relocate in Pampanga
BPO working experience is a big plus
Customer service experience is preferred but not required
Willing to work on Shifting schedule
